Michael has a Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has worked in the health care and insurance industries for over 25 years. During his career he has been responsible, as a senior level executive, for operations, sales & marketing and strategic planning for local health care agencies, health care coalitions and a national managed health care organization. Michael has also been retained as a consultant doing market research, provider network development and business development. His significant business experience and strategic skills give him a decided advantage when working with clients.

In addition, Mary and Michael are members of the boards of directors of two community nonprofits where they utilize their time and talents to lead PR and marketing efforts.
